RETURNS POLICY
We take great care about every single item we ship and we are confident that you will be pleased with your order.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your artwork to us in its original condition within 21 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs.
In the event of TJILI sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the original item to TJILI within 21 days. In this scenario we shall refund the cost of shipping providing that the cost has been agreed in writing (email will suffice) before you incur such shipping costs. TJILI reserves the right to issue an additional invoice for the replacement item for you if you do not return the original piece to us within 21 days of the date on which TJILI confirms we will issue a replacement.

AVAILABILITY
Original artworks exist in a single quantity of 1. When such items are sold, not for sale, or reserved, we will endeavour to update the website accordingly as soon as possible.
For other items including Special Edition giclée prints this website displays near real time inventory information. We endeavour to keep a small stock of all items available but occasionally we may run out of stock temporarily. We also need TJILI to sign Special Editions and Certificates of Authenticity before despatching orders. We aim for this to happen within 3-5 business days, subject of course to TJILI's personal availability (including her occasional overseas travel). If we can't despatch your order within 3-5 business days, due to prints being produced or TJILI being unavailable, we will notify you and provide an indication on when the artwork should be available. Please contact us to discuss any inventory queries or to request to reserve items that may be shown as 'out of stock'.
The website automatically checks item availability before we forward you to the payment pages. However, as a matter of human or technical error, it may happen that you pay for an item which has already been sold or sold out. If the item is a reproduction and not limited edition we will attempt to despatch your order within 5-7 days. We will certainly inform you if this happens. If the item is an original or limited edition that is sold out then we will issue a full refund the same day or the next working day.
